How many times a week can you do TRX?
Excuse me, I'm quite interested in TRX training and I'm wondering how many times a week is it recommended to do TRX? I've heard it's a great way to build strength and flexibility, but I'm not sure about the frequency. Could you please give me some advice on this? I'd like to make sure I'm not overdoing it and also getting the most benefits from my workouts. Thank you for your time and assistance.
